Pallet overhang, packaging, non-stackable freight and handling requirements all affect loading. The total gross weight, including pallets and packaging, must fit the legal payload of the allocated van.

Can I send fewer than 10 pallets?
Yes. Send the actual dimensions, quantity and weight for assessment.
What is the maximum payload?
It is confirmed for the vehicle allocated to the shipment. Do not use the number of pallet spaces as a weight limit.
Can I request two drivers?
Yes, subject to availability. Mention this when requesting a quote so that we can check whether two drivers can be allocated.
