Provider and scope
The website is operated by EUROVIA TRANS SRL, RO22038723, Trade Register J2007001722050, registered at Str. Principală nr. 23, sat Tăutelec, comuna Cetariu, județul Bihor, Romania. Contact: iosif.h@euroviatrans.com, +40 744 877 559. The operational base is Oradea. These addresses are not automatically freight collection or delivery points.
The site presents transport services and accepts enquiries. It is not an instant booking or payment system. Browsing does not accept transport penalties or contractual clauses.
Enquiries, quotations and contracts
Provide accurate routes, dates, dimensions, gross weight, packaging and special requirements, with authority to communicate for the company represented. An automatic receipt confirms submission only. A transport contract is formed in accordance with law through the relevant offer, acceptance and confirmation of essential terms and availability. Conditions requiring express acceptance must be accepted by a legally appropriate method.
The quote response target is no more than 30 minutes from receipt of complete information. Missing details require clarification; vehicle availability is not guaranteed by submitting a request. If a technical fault prevents transmission, contact us directly. This does not exclude legal liability.
Prices are quoted individually, stating currency, VAT treatment, included services, validity, payment and foreseeable additional costs. Waiting, cancellation, route changes and additional operations are governed by the commercial terms lawfully agreed for the shipment. This page alone imposes no undisclosed fees. We do not request card details in the form. Revised information can affect an unconfirmed quote; an existing contract is not changed retroactively without agreement or a legal basis.
Capacity, timing and insurance
Up to 10 pallet spaces means standard 120 × 80 cm Euro pallets, subject to actual dimensions, packaging, weight and the allocated vehicle's legal payload. Useful dimensions are 500 × 225 × 240 cm, approximately 27 m³.
The 24–48 hour interval is an estimate for suitable routes from loading unless agreed otherwise. Each confirmed schedule depends on route, crew, loading slots, traffic, restrictions and formalities. Two-driver crews are subject to availability and driving and rest requirements.
Declare special characteristics before confirmation, including high value, fragility, overhang, dangerous goods or temperature requirements. Mentioning a requirement does not confirm that we provide or are authorised for that service. Non-EU and special transports require individual checks. Unlawful instructions are not accepted.
CMR liability insurance is not comprehensive cargo cover for all risks and the entire goods value. Cover and any additional requirements must be checked before confirmation. Liability follows mandatory law, including the CMR Convention and relevant Romanian domestic rules, and lawfully accepted contractual conditions. These website terms do not remove mandatory rights or liability.
Responsible use, content and external services
Fraudulent requests, impersonation, malware, unauthorised access and spam are prohibited. Proportionate security measures may be applied. Do not submit others' personal data without a lawful basis and the required information, or excessive sensitive information.
Texts, branding and materials owned or lawfully used by Eurovia are protected under applicable rights. Reading and sharing information for a business enquiry is permitted; infringing use is not. Illustrative images do not identify a particular available fleet vehicle.
Google Maps and WhatsApp are third-party services with their own terms. The map is optional and does not replace transport instructions. Privacy information and optional-service consent are separate; acknowledging a policy is not blanket consent.
Complaints, law and updates
Contact iosif.h@euroviatrans.com for website issues. Transport complaints follow the contract and statutory deadlines; an amicable process does not automatically suspend them.
Romanian law applies subject to mandatory protections. Court jurisdiction follows applicable law and valid agreements. Consumer rights and mandatory CMR jurisdiction are unaffected; mere browsing creates no exclusive jurisdiction against a consumer.
Updates apply prospectively and do not automatically amend existing contracts or replace required express acceptance.
